During the years of early twentieth century, a popular theatre producer named Serge Diaghilev, brought under one roof some of Russia's finest and most talented choreographers, dancers, singers, composers and designers, and formed a group, known as the Ballet Russes. These artists toured the world and introduced ballet dance and its many different forms to different parts of the world, particularly other countries of Europe and America. From there, ballet has evolved and become the fine dance form artists and danseuses perform today.
